Windows Installation

Download the Driver

Click the Windows download button above to save the .exe file to your computer.

Connect Your Printer

Plug your TrueLabel printer into a power source, turn it on, and connect it to your computer using the provided USB cable.

Run the Installer

Double-click the downloaded driver file. Follow the on-screen prompts in the setup wizard. Grant administrator permissions if asked.

Print a Test Page

Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners. Select your new TrueLabel printer, click "Manage", and select "Print a test page" to verify.

macOS Installation

Download the Driver

Click the macOS download button above to save the .pkg file to your Mac.

Install the Package

Double-click the downloaded file. (If you see an "unidentified developer" warning, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security, and click "Open Anyway"). Follow the setup steps.

Connect & Add Printer

Turn on the printer and connect via USB. Go to Apple Menu > System Settings > Printers & Scanners. Click the "Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax" button.

Select TrueLabel

Select the TrueLabel printer from the list. Ensure the "Use" dropdown is set to the TrueLabel driver, then click "Add".
